How credits work
Credits are spent when your agents run — one credit covers a standard task or tool call, with heavier reasoning and long documents costing more. Every plan refills credits on your billing date. On Starter and Pulse, unused credits reset each month. On Pro, Max and Enterprise, unused credits roll over — they stack up to a 2× monthly cap so you never lose them between quiet periods. Need more mid-cycle? Buy additional credit packs from your dashboard any time without changing plans. Usage is visible per agent in analytics, with alerts before you run low.

What counts as a credit?
One credit covers a standard agent task — a message handled, a tool call, or a document lookup. Long documents and heavy multi-step reasoning consume more. Analytics shows credit spend per agent so nothing is a surprise.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual at any time across all five plans — Starter, Pulse, Pro, Max and Enterprise. Annual billing saves 17%, changes are prorated and your credits update immediately.
Is Offline Mode secure?
Offline Mode runs the agent runtime on your own hardware or private network, so prompts, documents and outputs stay local, with optional air-gapped installs and full audit logging. It is an Enterprise capability — Starter, Pulse, Pro and Max are cloud-run, though every plan queues work locally during connectivity drops.
Which integrations are supported?
Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Calendar) and Slack are live today and connect with your own account via OAuth. Microsoft 365 (Outlook mail and calendar) is built and awaiting OAuth app verification, and Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, and Zendesk are marked Coming soon on our integrations page. Anything else can connect today through our API and webhooks.

You can start on the free Starter plan with 500 agent runs a month, up to 3 saved agents and no credit card. Upgrade to Pulse, Pro or Max whenever your agents start carrying real load — pricing is flat per workspace, never per seat.
How is my data handled?
Your content is encrypted in transit and at rest, connector credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and we never use your content to train shared models. You can delete your data on request, and Enterprise adds data residency options.
